Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Amistaa, a creator communication platform operated by Amistaa Technologies Private Limited (“Amistaa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Amistaa.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and meet any age or identity requirements shown in the application. Creators may be subject to additional verification and onboarding requirements.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Do not create accounts for other people, maintain multiple accounts where prohibited, or share your login credentials.

• Protect your password, device, and account access.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

Amistaa provides discovery, wallet, verification, moderation, and one-to-one audio and video communication features as made available from time to time. Features, availability, and eligibility may change.

Amistaa enables Users to connect with Creators. Amistaa does not control or endorse every statement made during a conversation. Treat other people respectfully and protect information you do not wish to disclose.

Calls may depend on device permissions, network quality, availability, and platform rules. Do not record, distribute, or use a conversation in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

Creators must complete required verification, provide truthful profile information, comply with applicable laws, maintain professional conduct, and deliver conversations consistent with their published profile and platform rules.

Users must use accurate account information, communicate respectfully, follow creator and platform boundaries, and avoid attempting to bypass wallet, call, moderation, or security controls.

Where enabled, Users may recharge a wallet and use eligible balances for platform features. Payment processing may be provided by third parties. The price, taxes, availability, and any applicable terms are shown at the point of purchase.

Creators may be eligible to receive earnings for qualifying activity. Earnings are subject to verification, platform records, applicable taxes, and the creator terms or payout information presented during onboarding. No unlisted amount, fee, minimum, or guarantee is created by these Terms.

Available withdrawal methods, review steps, timing, eligibility, and any applicable deductions will be presented through the creator experience or separate creator terms. We may hold or review a payout where required for safety, fraud prevention, compliance, or dispute handling.

Refunds, reversals, and cancellations are handled under the purchase terms displayed in the application and applicable law. Contact support with your transaction details if you believe a charge or call was processed incorrectly.

If Amistaa offers virtual credits, they are a platform balance for eligible features, are not a bank account or deposit, and cannot be treated as cash except where expressly allowed. The applicable purchase and usage rules will be shown in the application.

• Fraud, impersonation, harassment, abuse, threats, or illegal activity.
• Unwanted sexual content, exploitation, or content involving minors.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, disruption, malware, or attempts to defeat security.
• Circumventing payments, identity checks, moderation, account restrictions, or creator availability.

Content and conduct must be lawful, truthful, respectful, and appropriate for the relevant feature. We may review reports and take action on content or conduct that violates these Terms or creates risk.

Amistaa and its branding, software, design, and materials belong to Amistaa Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant Amistaa the limited license needed to host, display, process, moderate, and operate the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the platform. By using Amistaa, you acknowledge that policy.

You may stop using the platform or request account closure. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, investigations, or a breach of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular outcome from a conversation, or the accuracy of every user or creator statement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amistaa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reasonably indemnify Amistaa and its personnel against claims arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

We may update these Terms as the platform changes. We will post the updated version and revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Amistaa Technologies Private Limited, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Any dispute will be handled by a court or process with proper jurisdiction.
